Kassie Kay: My suggestion would be to go and buy her a folder that she picks out to bring her homework home in, also maybe she's not forgetting maybe she just doesn't want to do it. Try setting up a rewards system with her if you don't want to punish her. Give her a sticker every day she brings home her homework and reward her with bigger rewards and prizes for the more she brings it home. Hope I helped.
Tillie Wynott: try making a sign in her bed room, this might work
Cletus Crotts: I like the idea of rewarding her every time she does bring home her work.I would make her bring home all work and books everyday, even if she doesn't have homework in all areas. In forth grade my kids has assignment books. They had to write down all homework. I had to sign it at home. See if her teacher will take the time to sign it at school. Maybe you and her teacher can help her get into the habit of writing down all homework and bring home all books. School is just going to ! get harder. If things get worst, one thing you can do is pick her up from school (if this is a possibility with you) Don't leave the school's parking lot till she has showed you her assignment book and all homework sheets and books. You need to help set up a routine and habit of bring home stuff. In junior high she will have several classes. One thing I did with my daughter was color code everything. Math was blue. Her math book, folder and notebook were all blue. Math homework-grab everything blue from the locker....Show more
Babette Deloe: Get the teachers to write in into to a note book which she has to take out her bag to show you then you can see what she has to do as it is written down by the teacher and when it has to be in and any sheets she need to do the homework are inside>
