Would kickboxing be good for conditioning?

Randolph Lozoya: It is great conditioning. For me i have a bum knee so i can do high impact things like running so all my conditioning comes from my kickboxing (i know still not great on my knee)

Rosalia Hibler: Oh ya you will get in great shape with Muay Thai. The reason is that when you run you have a steady breathing pattern, but when you train Muay Thai it breaks your breathing pattern and actually makes you really tired. Once your body gets used to it then you will be in phenomenal cardiovascular shape.I highly recommend Bas Rutten's MMA workout.
