Jestine Osumi: If you pick up a red mushroom with stars on it you get 3 extra bars.(note:if your bars go lower than 4 they go back to 3)
Emile Midgley: Mario only has 3 health, But if you pick up a super shroom (the red ones with stars on them) you get an additional 3 Health.
Timmy Bustard: The 6 health circle is only temporary...when you grab a red mushroom (i think it has yellow stars or something on it), your health meter is boosted to 6. When your health falls below 4, if you die from a different method, or you exit the stage, your max health becomes 3 again.
