Fermin Tara: you said, "then i believe my age became the determining factor". you have to better than you believe, you must be able to prove age was a factor. you'll have to find out if it was the agency or their client who allegedly discriminated against you. you have a very weak case. you'll get a "right to sue" letter from the eeoc, that's pretty much standard, but your main issue is going to be finding a lawyer to take the case, you can't do it by yourself. be prepared to wait, my age discrimination lawsuit took 3 years and that was over 10 years ago, the wait is longer now....Show mo! re
Cody Shimko: you have to prove what you believe, the EEOC is currently about 2 years behind so keep looking for a job
Hope Lundmark: The job was temp to hire. What if the employer specified that the agency not send anyone over 40 to be interviewed.
Elvin Weichbrodt: Also a Change of Discrimination has been prepared by the EEOC and sent to me for finalization. Shold th company that hired the agency be included as "UNKNOWN"?
Curtis Josef: EEOC has petitioned the agency to see who was sent to be interviewed and who got the job.
